4. Properly care for residents needing special services, including: injections, colostomy, ureostomy, ileostomy, tracheostomy care, tracheal suctioning, respiratory care, foot care, and prostheses. (09/30/2004)

5. Provide special eating equipment and utensils for each resident who needs them. (09/30/2004)

6. Make sure that nurse aides show they have the skills to be able to care for residents. (09/30/2004)

7. Keep accurate and appropriate medical records. (09/30/2004)
