3. Make sure each resident is being watched and has assistance devices when needed, to prevent accidents. (07/22/2004)

4. Make sure that residents who cannot care for themselves receive help with eating/drinking, grooming and hygiene. (07/22/2004)

5. Protect the resident from a transfer or discharge that is not wanted or needed. (07/22/2004)
