1.Make sure all assessments are accurate, coordinated by an RN, done by the right professional, and are signed by the person completing them. (01/21/2005)

2.Let residents give themselves their drugs if they are able. (01/21/2005)

3.Provide proof that all residents' personal money which is deposited with the nursing home is secure. (01/21/2005)

4.Store, cook, and give out food in a safe and clean way. (01/21/2005)

5.Make sure that staff members wash their hands when needed. (01/21/2005)
