Mr. DAmore, who also was a partner in a major law firm and served as a General Counsel of private and publicly-traded companies, has an established track record of developing business, recruiting talented lawyers, and building new operations.
Attorney Career Catalysts will recruit lawyers for law firms and corporations. The new firm will emphasize its work with partners and groups, along with leading General Counsel searches. Highlights of the consulting and training operations include development of lawyers practice and business skills, the training of individual lawyers, recruiting staff, and law firm marketing and business development teams, and direct work with senior management of law firms and corporations.
Attorney Career Catalysts will be based in suburban Philadelphia and will have a national scope. The new firm will build on a broad base of contacts and relationships the Founder has developed during his 20+ year career. This includes a two-year stint as Co-Chair of the Law Department Management Committee for the American Corporate Counsel Association, the countrys largest organization for in house lawyers, during which Mr. DAmore worked with Generals Counsel around the world.
