Mr. Opsitnick will draw upon his twenty years of experience as a litigator and consultant to provide thoughtful insights regarding electronic discovery within the United States and Europe and will discuss the exponential growth of electronic data and the liberal discovery of such information in United States litigation despite privacy concerns.
